21Tech served as the City's primary consultant for Mayor Gavin Newsom's priority project, the San Francisco 311 Customer Service Center. Under 21Tech guidance and project management expertise, the City successfully completed one of the most complicated transformational "good government" projects in the City's history. The entire 21Tech Team contributed in some way to meet the project objectives which included requirements gathering, technical design, construction management, operations development, and communications not to mention an extraordinary amount of vendor management.
